Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about bringing Porto's Bakery to your kitchen.

How are the pastries shipped to ensure freshness?

Our pastries are unbaked and frozen, then shipped in insulated coolers with dry ice. This ensures they remain at the optimal temperature during transit so they are ready to bake fresh in your oven.

Do I need to thaw the items before baking?

Most of our items, including our famous Cheese Rolls and Potato Balls, are designed to go straight from the freezer to the oven. Specific baking instructions for each product are included in your shipment and on our website.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to all 50 states within the United States. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international locations at this time.

Can I return my order if I change my mind?

Due to the perishable nature of our food products, we do not accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with the quality, please contact our guest service team within 14 days.

How long can I store the items in my freezer?

For the best quality and flavor, we recommend baking your Porto's items within 30 to 60 days of receipt, though they can safely remain in the freezer for up to 3 months if kept airtight.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover, as well as digital payment options like Apple Pay and Google Pay.
